This tutorial was created in PSP 7.04 and assumes you have knowledge of the program at a intermediate level. Tools needed for this tutorial are as follows. JASC PSP. You can download a free trial version here. "Unlead Art Texture" a free and must have plugin you can download HERE. Eye Candy 3.1 You can download the free version HERE. An Image of choice. The image I used came from Maryann Sterling's Art. You can use her art provided you make a donation, or you provide a link and tell a friend about her site. She really has some wonderful images. Let's get started! Step 1. Open a new image 350x350, transparent. Step 2. Go to selections> select all. Step 3. Go to selections> modify> contract by 35. Now go to selections> invert. Step 4. Change your foreground to white, and flood fill the selected area. Step 5. Go to Effects> plugins and find your Unled Art texture. Click on Edit.
Select palette 5. Put the number 299 in the Hue Shift box. click okay.
Choose the first pattern example. Click okay.
Step 6. Let's add some noise. Go to Effects> noise and set it at 35%. Add a inner bevel using these settings. Deselect.
Step 7. Go to Effects> plugins Eye Candy and apply the fur using these settings.
Step 8. Go to Effects> Reflection effects and apply the kaleidoscope using these settings. Sharpen.
